Effective September 17, 2026. How we handle information submitted through this website — and what we do not do with it.
Who we are
This policy applies to the website operated by Beaumont Builders LLC (“Beaumont,” “we,” “us”) at https://beaumontbuild.com and to inquiries sent through it. Our studio is at 9361 E. Evans Rd., #111, Scottsdale, Arizona.
Beaumont is a commercial general contractor. This policy covers the website and related communications. It does not cover information collected on a jobsite, through a construction contract, or on Desert Dwelling’s site.
Information we collect
You may send us a name, email address, telephone number, the nature of your interest, a market, and a message through the contact form. If you email, call, or write to us directly, we collect whatever you choose to include.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically receives standard technical data: IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. We do not run advertising pixels or analytics tools on this site.
If you submit the contact form, a copy of that inquiry may also be stored in your own browser (local storage) so the confirmation can be shown. That copy stays on your device; we cannot read it from our servers.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond to you, to discuss potential work, and to keep a record of the conversation. We may use it to follow up on a project, a media request, or a career inquiry — whichever you indicated.
Technical logs are used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records — typically the life of a related conversation or project, and thereafter as required for legal, accounting, or insurance purposes.
Server logs are retained by our host for a short operational period. The local copy of a form submission on your device remains until you clear your browser storage.
Security
We use HTTPS and standard hosting safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Please do not send sensitive financial or medical information through the public contact form.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for outreach. Email us at the address below. We will need enough detail to find the record and to confirm it is you.
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context advertising. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland and we process your information, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our processing of inquiries is based on our legitimate interest in responding to you, or on steps needed to enter a contract if you ask us to bid or to work together.
Children
This website is for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Other sites
Links to Instagram, Desert Dwelling (https://www.desertdwellingdev.com), and other third parties are not covered by this policy. Their terms apply once you leave our site.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised policy applies.
