Our story

A new standard, from first principles.

Founded by industry veterans Brittany Calbert-Dreyer and Justin Adams, Beaumont Builders was born from a desire to set a new benchmark in client satisfaction and efficiency. After overseeing more than a billion dollars of construction for one of the largest commercial builders in the United States — including OdySea Aquarium and Retail Complex, Mayo Clinic, the Phoenix Light Rail expansion, and Arizona State University’s high-tech robotics laboratory — they left the corporate world to create a nimble company that truly partners with its clients.

The vision is simple, and difficult: to become Arizona’s most trusted builder by providing a client experience that feels personal, and outcomes that feel inevitable.

We serve industrial, restaurants, education, hospitality, multi-family, retail, office, healthcare, and data-center work. The market changes. The standard does not.

Beaumont Builders is owned by Beaumont Holdings LLC, which also owns Desert Dwelling, a luxury custom home builder. Commercial and residential under one holding — the same eye, two studios.

Brittany Calbert-Dreyer

Brittany is a construction leader with nearly two decades in the commercial industry and more than $600 million in work overseen. She holds a degree in Architecture from Arizona State University and spent seventeen years at McCarthy Building Companies. Her portfolio includes a $150 million high-tech robotics laboratory for ASU, a $25 million design-build mixed-use structure for the City of Chandler, and the $170 million OdySea Aquarium and Retail Complex — recognized as ENR Project of the Year. She grew up in the industry, mentored by her father, a former president of McCarthy, and leads Beaumont with a hands-on, design-literate discipline.

Justin Adams

Justin is a construction leader with twenty years across Arizona and New Mexico. He spent sixteen years at McCarthy Building Companies, rising to Senior Director on the Commercial and Education leadership teams. In his final five years there he managed $500 million of work for clients including Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, and Mayo Clinic. He has led Design-Build, CMAR, and lump-sum delivery, and directed a special-services group completing more than twenty specialized healthcare projects a year. He began in residential construction in 2004 and has never left the field.
